…I have found Berwick House to be a well-led team of committed workers trying to cope with a demanding set of clients needing a lot of looking after. Money has been spent to try and improve the home and I believe the owners of the home are committed to spend where necessary.
…Clean, friendly staff who are very caring for their patients/residents. The home is well looked after, always smells clean. I am very impressed with my mother’s care, she has never complained.
…I found the care my mum was given was really good my mum seemed to like being in this home. All staff were very kind and helpful. Plenty of activities and my mum was taken out most days.
…Generally, the home appears to be very clean. The manager comes across as extremely professional and courteous, always on hand to answer any questions or queries that might come up. Staff are equally of a friendly manner and appear to be very attentive. My mother seems happy and the working overall atmosphere seems very relaxed and comfortable. Mother is at her most mobile for the last few years thanks to the dedication of the home. Thank you!!

I find Berwick House Care Home is warm and friendly. The staff are well trained in the main area for this home which is dementia.
